Order Confirmation & Proforma Invoice
Upon confirmation of your order details, we will promptly prepare and provide a Proforma Invoice for your reference, subject to your request.

Order Processing & Standard Shipment
Following receipt of payment, we will allocate the inventory from our warehouse. Our Quality Control (QC) team will then conduct a final inspection of the items before shipping. For standard, non-customized products, the entire process from payment to shipment is typically completed within approximately 5 working days.

Custom Order Process & Payment Terms
For customized orders with a total value exceeding ten thousand dollars, we offer flexible payment terms. A 70% deposit is required to initiate production. Upon completion, we will confirm your review. The remaining 30% balance is due before shipment. During production, our QC team performs inspections to ensure the goods match the confirmed sample in quality; otherwise, reproduction is arranged.

Dual Quality Control & Logistics Support
After production, goods are transferred to our warehouse, where a separate QC team conducts a final quality check before packing and shipment. We accommodate various shipping requests. For sellers using Amazon FBA, we can directly ship to your designated Amazon fulfillment center to help reduce your costs and save time.

Post-Delivery Support & Service Guarantee
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them promptly. For any quality issues or discrepancies from the confirmed sample, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving such matters, including arranging replacements.
